To connect people is more than bringing them in contact with each other. To connect people is to build a relationship with them. In a world filled with technologies to contact people it has proven to be difficult to really connect.
For example it is easy to send a mailing to potential clients, but how do you know if it will reach the people who are really interested or even passionate about your product? It is easy to put an ad in the paper to find a new salesmanager, but how do you know it will reach the best candidate for the job, preferably with some references you know (he/she might not even be looking)?
